Acme Halloween Ticket Info

Here’s what you need to know for Saturday:

The second floor will be closed all day until we re-open at 6:00pm. That’s when the party starts! We’ll be running 2-for-1 draft beers on the first and second floor from 6:00-9:00pm. Forgot to buy tickets in advance? No worries! We’ll be selling tickets at the door for $20 all night long. Our check-in point for pre-sale tickets is the main door. Please follow signage and place yourself in the appropriate line when you arrive. Re-entry is allowed, but is based solely on capacity. We can’t wait for you to show off your costume, but we do have some rules…

Please leave the following at home:
-Real bats
-Real hockey sticks
-Real swords

As always, real and realistic-looking firearms are a no-go. Masks MUST be removable, and all accessories are subject to inspection. Want to win a prize for showing off that awesome, Acme-approved costume? Unable to attend but don’t want to waste the ticket?
We’ve got you covered. Below are steps to transfer Acme Halloween tickets to another person.

To transfer a ticket, please follow the steps below:

1) Log in to your Tandum account using the mobile phone number you used to create your account (www.tandum.com/login).
2) Click the My Tickets icon in the top right menu, scroll to your event, and click the View Tickets button.
3) Select the Transfer button for whichever ticket(s) you’d like to transfer. You can select the left/right arrows next to the ticket QR codes to navigate between multiple tickets.
4) Enter your friend’s mobile phone number in the pop-up dialogue box that appears, and confirm the transfer!

Please be aware that once a transferred ticket is accepted by the recipient, you will no longer have access to that ticket. You can cancel a ticket transfer before that transfer has been accepted by selecting the “Cancel Transfer” button on that ticket.

To accept a transferred ticket, follow the steps below:

1. Click the link from the text message confirmation you received to create a Tandum account or log in to an existing Tandum account.
2. After logging in to your account, click the “My Tickets” icon in the top right menu.
3. On the “My Tickets” page, confirm the transfer in the dialogue box.
4. After the ticket transfer has been accepted, you can view your tickets by pressing the “View Tickets” button in the “My Tickets” tab.
