WHAT IS THE HATCHERY?

The Hatchery is the 3rd Floor of Acme Feed & Seed. It is the largest one-level event and music venue on Lower Broadway. The 7,000 square foot Historic venue is located in the heart of downtown Nashville with views of the Cumberland River, Nissan Stadium and Riverfront Park.

HOW MANY PEOPLE CAN THE HATCHERY ACCOMMODATE?

The Hatchery can accommodate 250 people seated or 450 standing.

WHAT IS NEEDED IN ORDER TO SECURE AN EVENT DATE AT THE HATCHERY?

A 30% non-refundable deposit and signed contract are required to secure an event date. A date may be held for up to 14 days before the deposit is required.

CAN I SCHEDULE A SITE VISIT?

Yes. We encourage all of our potential clients to schedule a site visit. Please contact our Sales Manager Julia Appleton at Julia@theacmenashville.com to schedule a site visit and for more information.

CAN I RENT THE HATCHERY FOR A PERSONAL OR COMMERCIAL PHOTO OR VIDEO SHOOT?

Yes. The Hatchery is happy to accommodate a variety of photo, video and commercial productions for a location fee. Please contact info@theacmenashville.com for rates, capabilities and additional details.

CAN I RENT ADDITIONAL FLOORS OF THE ACME FOR MY EVENT?

Yes. Acme Feed & Seed is available for full venue buyouts. Please inquire for venue buyout rates. The rooftop of Acme is also available for event and production rentals for an additional fee. Please inquire for rooftop rental rates.

DO THE TIMES LISTED IN MY EVENTS PACKAGE INCLUDE SET UP AND BREAK DOWN?

The times listed on the events package include setup, full duration and breakdown of the event.

CAN I BRING IN MY OWN ALCOHOL FOR AN EVENT AT THE HATCHERY?

In compliance with Tennessee Alcoholic and Beverage Commission, Acme Feed & Seed is required to provide all liquor, beer, wine and licensed bartenders for all events at The Hatchery.

WHERE CAN I RENT ADDITIONAL DÉCOR OR EQUIPMENT FOR MY EVENT?

Any additional rental needs or specialized services (such as specialized décor, lighting, etc.) can be arranged by the client. We ask that you keep our Events staff informed of any additional rental needs or specialized services for our planning purposes.

WHERE CAN MY GUESTS PARK?

The Hatchery highly recommends utilizing valet or shuttle service for your event, as Acme does not have on-site parking. Valet can be arranged through our preferred vendor, PMC Parking.

IS SECURITY REQUIRED FOR MY EVENT?

The Hatchery Venue Manager will determine security needs depending on the nature of the event.

WHAT IS YOUR SMOKING POLICY?

No smoking is allowed inside the building. Exceptions include our designated outdoor spaces at ground level and on our Rooftop.

WHAT IS PROVIDED WITH MY FOOD & BEVERAGE MINIMUM?

Acme Feed & Seed is responsible for providing:

– Basic Bone White China (silverware, plates, glasses)
– Two (2) 8’ Fruitwood Bars
– PA System with universal plug-in capabilities
– One microphone (wired)
– Catering Equipment (tables, chaffers, etc.)
Additional rentals are the sole responsibility of the client. Examples of such additional rentals may include but are not limited to: Tables, chairs, linens, decor, additional lighting, stage, additional P/A (projector & screen, flat screen televisions, A/V for band needs), etc.
